I wish this beautiful and meaningful event to be beneficial for all of us and I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who contributed. “NOBILITY IS NOT A QUALITY EXCLUSIVE TO NATIONS ONLY” I would like to share this truth with you first; the value, wealth, depth of nations are weighed on the scale with the writers, poets, scientists and thinkers they have produced as much as their contributions to history and civilization. These works also carry the quality of being noble; in other words, nobility. Nobility is not a quality exclusive to nations; there is also a nobility of ideas and personalities. The master who is true to the name Noble is one of the most distinguished agents of this nobility, this high intellectual level. The late Necip Fazıl, with his poetry, prose and all his works, has always been in pursuit of the beyond, the separate, in a sense the end of the world. The intuition of the master,his sense, feeling and command of issues have always set him apart from his contemporaries and opponents. He demonstrated the sharpness of his intelligence, the clarity of his words, with his pen, his words, his cause and claim. He combined time and space with objects and people in his poems. He united them with a mystical shiver. “HE SHOULDERED THE PAST AND CALLED TO THE FUTURE” He never separated the individual and society from each other. In the Master’s eyes, poetry, which was the dream of society, was the name of the art in which feeling and thought came together in harmony without overwhelming or overshadowing one another. With a language that was as refined as it was subtle, as naive as it was intricate, he shouldered the past and called out to the future. The Master worked throughout his life. On this blessed walk, he entered the radar of the monuments of arrogance of the era. He was thrown into dungeons, his magazines were confiscated. But the Master was never afraid or discouraged. He never deviated from the direction for a moment. Those who accompanied him were equipped with knowledge, information and consciousness. The Master’s greatest dream was to raise a youth who, when called “Who is there?”, did not look left or right, but said “I am here.” None of the sufferings the Master endured were wasted, all the seeds he planted bore flowers and bore fruit.
